SET in the prestigious CF14 postcode and boasting a premium specification, new homes in Lisvane have the recipe for success.

With over 75% of properties at Beaufort Park already sold, including the original Blenheim show home, Edenstone Homes felt like it was the right time to celebrate the development’s on-going success.   To mark the milestone, the homebuilder invited award-winning chef James Sommerin to put the kitchen through its paces at an exclusive event.

Hosted by Edenstone Group managing director Martin Taylor guests included representatives from industry partners Octopus Energy, Asset Mortgage Solutions, United Welsh Housing, and Savills.

Martin said: “We’re passionate about creating homes our customers love to come home to. That passion for home is something we share with James, whose Michelin starred restaurant Home is close-by in Penarth.  James and his daughter Georgia were a natural choice to help us celebrate what we have achieved so far at Beaufort Park. The event enabled us to give our industry partners a taste of the superb quality homes we’re building here and sample some of the country’s best cuisine. It was also an opportunity to look to the future and plans for further collaboration with forthcoming developments across South Wales, the south west of England and the Three Counties.”

While some of the preparation was carried out at James’ restaurant, around 30 minutes away, the majority of the five-course tasting menu was prepared in the development’s show-stopping kitchen – the ultimate test.

As with all properties at Beaufort Park, the show home features a premium Sigma3 kitchen, with a host of Siemens appliances including induction hob, two ovens, full-height fridge and freezer and under-counter wine cooler.

Sales director Adele McCoy added: “Both James and Georgia were impressed by the layout, quality and finish of the kitchen. We’re delighted to have the seal of approval of top chefs who understand the importance of good kitchen design and appreciate our premium specification. The event also helped showcase how well-suited to entertaining our homes truly are.”

Designed by Edenstone’s in-house architects, homes combine traditional architectural features with elegant interiors, designed for modern living.

Subject to build stage, purchasers can choose from a menu of exceptional specification choices, with luxurious bathrooms and en-suites featuring Tissino sanitaryware and ceramic wall tiling from Porcelanosa as standard. Other features include video doorbell and oak or walnut detail internal woodwork and pocket doors.

The homes at Beaufort Park are being built in the highly-regarded village of Lisvane, renowned as one of Cardiff’s most desirable neighbourhoods. Llanishen Reservoir is a short walk away with several parks and nature reserves, plus Cardiff Golf Club nearby. The city centre is just five miles away, with Llanishen railway station, for trains to Cardiff Central, a short walk from the new homes.

A brand-new five-bedroom Hatfield show home is now open to inspire buyers considering moving to Beaufort Park. To find out more about the exclusive collection of spacious and luxurious homes see www.edenstonehomes.com/beaufort-park-lisvane.
