TWO eagerly awaited show homes will open this month, Castle Green Homes has revealed.

The homebuilder, headquartered in St Asaph, has been selling homes at The Paddocks at Rydal View off plan since late January with the aid of digital resources including virtual tours of the development and individual homes.

From Saturday, November 22, buyers will be able to view properties in real life over fizz and nibbles and meet the experts who can help them secure a move to a new home in Colwyn Bay.

Castle Green Homes sales director Sian Pitt said: “Having launched our new homes in Colwyn Bay off plan back in January we’ve taken a number of reservations from eager buyers who’d studied the site plan, taken virtual tours via our website and visited show homes on our other developments. We prioritised building those homes first and are now making the finishing touches to our show homes, which will give buyers a greater insight into life at Rydal View

“We have a database of hundreds of people who’ve expressed interest in living here but wanted to see the finished product before committing to buy and will be inviting them to be among the first to see inside the show homes. During the launch event there will also be the chance to speak with new homes mortgage specialists from RSC New Homes and learn about part exchange and Easy Move with help from The New Homes Group.”

The show homes are examples of the three-bedroom, three-bathroom detached Windsor and a new house type, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom detached Edinburgh.

The Windsor offers 1,489 sq ft of living space with feature bay window to the lounge at the front of the property.

The open plan kitchen, family, dining room spans the width of the property and is destined to be the heart of the home. A utility and cloakroom complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms are en-suite, with the primary bedroom also featuring a dressing room.

A Windsor, like the show home, is available from £469,995.

The generously proportioned Edinburgh spans 1,902 sq ft of living space.

At ground level, the layout is similar to the Windsor but on a larger scale.

Upstairs, the sumptuous primary bedroom has a spacious en-suite with twin sinks and a dressing area. The second bedroom also benefits from an en-suite, leaving the family bathroom to serve the other two.

An Edinburgh style home is available from £599,995.

Current availability at Rydal View includes three and four-bedroom homes, priced from £439,995 for a detached Wentworth Lifestyle, with three en-suite bedrooms, available to move into this winter, up to £699,995 for a four-bedroom, three-bathroom double fronted detached Grantham.

Castle Green’s new homes in Colwyn Bay are taking shape on Pwllycrochan Avenue,  just a short walk away from the town centre with potential for stunning coastal views. The area is served by well-regarded schools and there’s easy access to Llandudno, Bangor, Chester and Liverpool by road or rail.

The show homes at Rydal View open on Saturday, November 22.
