Macbryde Homes today confirmed that its plans to bring 24 luxury new homes on the edge of the highly sought-after medieval market town of Holt have taken a step forward having been approved by Wrexham Council. Work on-site is anticipated to start late Spring.
To be known as ‘Castle Green’, the new homes, which will be a mix of three- and four-bedroom homes, are expected to appeal to first-time buyers, young professionals & growing families. Managing Director of Macbryde Homes, Gwyn Jones, comments:

Some of the homes will be available to purchase with the help of Help-to-Buy Wales once sales launch later this year.
